Terms of Agreement for Blue4U LLC Dumpster Rentals

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the “Customer” (you) and the “Service Provider” (Blue4U LLC) for the rental and use of a dumpster. By confirming this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following terms:

  1. Rental Period
  • The standard rental period is 2 days on Monday’s order, 2 days on Wednesday’s order and 3 days on Friday’s order unless otherwise specified.
  • If the dumpster is needed for a longer period, additional charges will apply.
  • The rental of the dumpster in essence means the dumpster is dropped off at the address on the order, filled by customer, and picked up from location by rental company at end of the rental term.
  • The rental period begins upon delivery and ends when the dumpster is picked up by the Service Provider, this is normally between 6 and 10 AM.
  1. Delivery and Pickup
  • Delivery of the dumpster will be made to the specified address on the agreed-upon date.
  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the delivery location.
  • The Service Provider will pick up the dumpster on the scheduled date unless prior arrangements for an extension have been made, ( a new order placed online)
  • Any obstruction or delay in pickup due to the Customer’s responsibility may result in additional fees.
  1. Placement of Dumpster
  • The Customer must provide clear instructions regarding placement of the dumpster. Blue4U LLC will send a text requesting the placement.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits for placement on public property, streets, or sidewalks.
  • The Service Provider is not liable for any damages to driveways, curbs, lawns, or other property caused during the delivery or pickup of the dumpster.
  1. Prohibited Materials
  • The following materials are prohibited from being disposed of in the dumpster:
    • Hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, paint, batteries)
    • Flammable materials (e.g., gasoline, propane tanks)
    • Medical waste
    • A container will be provided inside dumpster for placement of paint cans and similar items.
  • If prohibited items are found, the Customer may be subject to fines, additional disposal fees, or legal action.
  1. Weight Limits and loading dumpster.
  • Each dumpster has a specified weight limit, customer must not load dumpster above the wall unless it’s material that is setting at floor level, i.e. mattresses, appliance’s.
  • Overloading the dumpster where material may fall out may result in additional fees.
  • If the dumpster is overloaded, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse pickup or charge extra fees for unloading and reloading.
  • Blue4U Dumpsters are not for new construction sites, if you place an order for new construction sites, your money will be refunded minus the $75 delivery cost to the site.
  • Blue4U Dumpsters are for home and office cleanups and not to be loaded by heavy equipment, i.e. tractors, fork lifts, hydraulics of any sort.
  1. Access and Safety
  • The Customer agrees to maintain clear and safe access to the dumpster at all times.
  • Any obstructions (vehicles, fences, debris) must be removed to allow for safe and efficient pickup.
  • The dumpster should not be moved by the Customer without prior approval from the Service Provider.
  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the dumpster is used safely and is not accessible to unauthorized individuals.
  1. Damages and Liability
  • The Customer assumes all liability for any damage or injury caused by improper use or placement of the dumpster.
  • The Customer will be held responsible for any damages caused to the dumpster during the rental period.
  • The Service Provider is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or legal claims arising from the use of the dumpster.
  1. Payment Terms
  • The rental fee is due upon signing the agreement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Additional charges may apply for overweight, overfilled dumpsters, or extended rental periods.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations must be made at least [24] hours prior to the scheduled delivery to avoid cancellation fees. If cancellations are made after this time period a rescheduling “credit” will be given for a different date, money will not be refunded
  1. Termination of Agreement
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the Customer breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
  • Upon termination, the Customer agrees to pay all outstanding fees.
  1. Governing Law
  • This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Alabama], and any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in the courts of the City the dumpster was rented for.
  1. Acceptance
  • By clicking this box, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms of this agreement.
