Liability for Damage: The renter agrees not to hold the rental company(known as) Blue4U LLC  responsible for damage to their property caused by the dumpster placement or use.

1. Injury Claims: The renter agrees to waive claims against the company for any injuries that may occur due to the dumpster.
2. Compliance with Local Laws: The renter agrees to comply with local regulations regarding dumpster use and to handle all waste appropriately.
3. Damage to Dumpster: The renter is typically responsible for any damage to the dumpster while it’s in their possession.
4. Permits: The renter agrees to obtain any necessary permits for the dumpster placement. Blue4U is not responsible for any fines you may incur for your dumpster rental.
